La'Lana Watkins "The Chef"
Born and raised in Houston Texas. La'Lana's love for food came at an early age and has flourished from there. She started her career as a server and this is where she noticed her natural talents for providing impeccable service, coupled with her love and knowledge of food could really take her places.
Gradually, La'Lana began working alongside some of Houston's top notch and renowned Chefs, where her sought after culinary skills were proudly put to the test.
Starting out as a Prep Cook and graduating to a Sous Chef, she later became the Food and Beverage Manager at her local Courtyard Marriott, which lead her talents and self-taught Chef skills to where she is today; The owner of her own private Dining and Catering Company proudly named Mrs. Bejou

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California and graduate of St. Bernards High School. Marcus found his passion for entrepreneurship shortly after High School where he developed a knack for the discovering, developing and managing talents of all kind
For 9 years on and off, Marcus worked as a FedEx employee while his skills blossomed until he moved to Houston, Texas where he became the head of operations at his Uncle's catering company.
While working with his Uncle, Marcus met and fell in love with the company's Sous Chef, which just so happened to be La'Lana. Marcus notes he fell in love with her inner and outer beauty, along with her work ethic and professionalism in the Culinary Arts.
Tapping into his past passions of assisting and developing talent, he soon began to work closer with his future wife. After a year and a half of dating and soon being married for the past 3 years, both he and La'Lana are the now proud parents of a 5 child blended family. Marcus and Chef La'Lana now also co-own their own Private Dining and Catering Company called Mrs. Bejou

Playfully known as the unofficial 6th child of both Marcus and Chef La'Lana, Mrs. Bejou was born from La'Lana's passion for culinary arts and her supportive husband pretty much followed suit , not to mention a shared desire to provide impeccable service, sensational food and a one of a kind, top notch experience that's highly sought after and in demand in their home town of Houston, leaving their clients completely satisfied on all levels.
The couple jokes that the sharing of a strawberry sparked their loving relationship of each other. Having been married close to 3 years now, and dating one and a half years before tying the knot.
Both Marcus and Chef La'Lana pride themselves on coming to together both Personally and professionally and combining their passions along with their essential need of bringing a one of a kind, dining experience through food and service, resulting in Private dining, meal prepping, themed events and oh so much more.
